Tujuh Perintah Latihan Oleh:Paulus Pesurnay BANTEN, 20 – 23 Desember 2011   Untuk cabang olahraga dengan dominasi daya tahan   1.      Tingkatkan VO2 max ( Kapasitas aerobik maksimal) sampai batas yang ingin dicapai, sehingga tubuh anda menjadi mesin pencipta energi yang sangat besar.  2.      Tingkatkan kekuatan otot dan jaringan pengikat guna mengurangi resiko cedera agar latihan berjalan tanpa interupsi yang tidak direncanakan. 3.      Tingkatkan ambang rangsang laktat (LT) ke tingkat yang tertinggi yang bisa dicapai. 4.      Optimalisasi “Power” ( meningkatkan kemampuan otot untuk menghasilkan tenaga yang lebih besar dan lebih cepat dari biasanya.) 5.      Jadilah manusia yang sangat ekonomis (efisien). 6.      Peliharalah pemulihan anda secara teratur dan sistematik. 7.      Kembangkan/ latihkan daya tahan yang spesifik.

Common techniques and practices Positions and structures Basketball positions in the offensive zone Although the rules do not specify any positions whatsoever, they have evolved as part of basketball. During the first five decades of basketball's evolution, one guard, two forwards, and two centers or two guards, two forwards, and one center were used.
